Introductory Public Offering, Seeking Investors

IPO Initial Public Offering Vecinos United

Flagship Enterprise. Vecinos United, a non profit 501c4 is a community-based organization that helps to bring about social welfare through a four-part model including, culture, education, law, and economics.  Vecinos has been a leader in the search for solutions for police killings in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  This focus has recently drawn national attention, even global recognition.  But this was not always the case.  Vecinos, a leadership institution in the city, state, and globe has offered solutions for the plight of communities who are beleaguered in their pursuit of an equitable role and relationship to the strictures of society that appear chronic and stymying.  The need to address police violence hits hard in the state where notorious cases have taken place far from the headlines of better-known urban centers.  New Mexico, a disenfranchised, border state whose populaces include the most severely underserved persons.

Focus on Law Enforcement Administration

We’ve been able to cause institutional change in police oversight.  Example: Albuquerque hired a consultant to cope with the highly-publicized cases of extreme inadequacy in facing the public’s need for safety under the law.

Community Engagement and Long Investment in Radical Change

We were some of the founders and originators of pushing for civilian review of law enforcement at several levels: administrative level, criminal and civil areas of law.

Recruitment Rapport and Climb-Aboard Philosophy, Grassroots, Door-to-Door  : “We need all the support we can get.”

Costs and Benefits for Investment Analytics

Long-running and publicly endowed organization spearheaded under difficult constraints, proves cost-benefit analysis is workable.

Going beyond the charismatic leader model that has beset similarly-situated organs of policy redress and reform, Vecinos has made considerable advances through traditional activism in public sector issues:  press conference, campaign, petition, letter-writing, advocacy, lobby, research, information-gathering, funds, programs.

History has been documented and structured to retain and advance recruitment to cherished values in action-based dialectic.  Pride-sharing, community resource allocation, directorship, and representation of humanistic yearning that gained the attention of institutions including the statehouse, creative community-capacitation, and dialogue.

Information-gathering and pronounced commitment to increase the humane conditions of a domestic population without said directive.  Cases of extreme violence within the childhood and impoverished population appear to meet with entrenched debased neglect by most other concerned persons.

Public Relations are outstanding given the highly marginalized community whose ressing human needs speak to the resilience, charm, and harmony of the populaces enduring with extraordinary grit and perseverance what amounts to a 3rd or 4th world status quo with increasingly ample gap between those with and without social compromise.

 Deficits in the Organization

Sublimation of most human yearning that cannot be provided by economic, laboral, or ecologically beneficent resources, has led to a resilient yet domitable public.  The benefits are strongly outlined in the lack of awareness of a greener grass elsewhere.  Outstanding ability to enshrine and actualize deflationary and pro-positive self and community esteem.  Excelling public and collective cultures that boast of self-determination and humane beauty.  The extraordinary cultural retention of the state has led many to seek its environment for fulfillment along the lines of spiritual and creative soul-searching.  Whereas the appeal of the state and its characteristics is proven far and wide, the misery of its densely or sparsely settled social groups has met the headlines for brutality on more than one occasion, children and vulnerable members are without redress or relief.

The incongruity, asymmetry, imposition, and assimilation represented by capital interests and affluence have gilded one of the most impoverished American states with a chasm so tragic it marks the future for generations to come with a have/have not scenario that may never see a balance.  Though there are divergent examples of a middle class that seeks its continuity, the historical placekeeping of New MExico served as a reservation for many removed persons whose lands were ceded along the way.

The hacendado, rancho, and other agricultural legacies of the sustainable farming much relished contrast with the nuclear age and its vested interests in advancing a posh and unrelenting consumeristic scenario that is deadly, undeterrable, and abysmal.   Known as the Land of Enchantment, the state appears to remain a target of massive expansion with little regard for the destiny of the cultures that permanence saw as the ideal occupants of such an ecological ambience.  A sentimental reservoir for stories of the feudal society’s latter endowments including water systems and collective project management, the reality presents no alternative for the two ends of the society: destitution or greed, seems to face the observer from two polar opposites striking the onlooker as a chaotic amalgamation and hostile takeover.

Currently, Vecinos complies with all state, federal, and communitarian process for ongoing organized activity but it has fallen behind on tax documentation though it has also not taken in any debt or received profits beyond sustenance.
